Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by your proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Defective merchandise must be returned promptly. We will test the item on our equipment, as some record players cannot handle heavier vinyl and may skip even though the vinyl is in good condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a return. 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and we can be sure the defect does not extend to the replacement item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
